Amy was amazing very polite, professional and helpful. She walked me through each step and did not hesitate to explain when I had questions.! She should be the property manager!!!!
I went this past weekend to inquire about an apartment. I had a great experience working with Erica. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient throughout the entire process. She took us around to show us all the amenities and the apartments available based on what I was looking for. Erica took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I had all the information needed. She was extremely helpful helping me complete the application and with all the questions I had. Erica made the experience easy and enjoyable. I... read more
Over the weekend, the AC in my apartment stopped working. The maintenance team was quick to respond and after determining the unit could not be fixed over the weekend, I was provided with a portable AC unit until the permanent fix was completed. The team member was professional, explained what needed to be fixed, and provided a solution to get me through the weekend. Thanks again,
We went to the leasing office Saturday around 4:30 PM, and the doors were locked even though the sign said they were open until 5. We tried opening the door, and the two employees inside just ignored us. They could’ve at least gestured or said they were closed, but nope, we just stood there awkwardly while they pretended we weren’t there. What even was that?
Genuinely awful feeling to come ready to tour and be ignored
