I’ve been living in this neighborhood since April 2026 and it’s been nothing but headaches. My car has been registered as the resident vehicle for the apartment for 4 months and I still get booted. I cannot believe I’ve paid to have my car registered since I moved in but apparently it’s never been registered to their system??? Doesn’t make any sense that I have been parking here for 4 months with no issues but now all the sudden my vehicle is not registered. We recently went to see the facility as a potential place to rent for my son. Trust your gut. The security gates 'were being worked on' and we were early for our appt - and they wouldn't take us early. Was that a precursor to the customer service that we would receive? Even though all the guides were just sitting at their desks, this showed a lack of urgency to get us in. We came through the back so we got to see how they keep the premises. I have lived in this complex for several years, and under the new ownership, the quality of living has gone downhill while the fees and inconveniences continue to increase. The internet goes out constantly—sometimes every couple of weeks. Every time, we’re told it’s something “out of their control.” If the service is this unreliable, why hasn’t management explored better options? This is by far the worst apartment community I have ever lived in, and management handles severe maintenance failures with absolute bad faith.The buildings have major structural defects and serious, hidden mold issues.
