I am placing 1 star, as the review will not allow me to go any lower. I am extremely dissatisfied with Avalon Management Group, especially with Mekayla Saenz which she is supposedly the "compliance coordinator". She sends "Friendly Reminders" and "Violation Letters" without follow up on the issues. One violation letter that was sent in February 2026, took them 7 months to clear it. It's amazing how prompt they are to send out a letter with a deadline, but they can't follow up to make the issue as "fixed or satisfied" afterwa... read more
I experienced a theft of our gate opener and was assisted by Mercedes who made the process easy and efficient - something I typically don’t experience anymore. I think she should be promoted to Queen or at least Senior Director of First Impressions! At the very least - buy her lunch!
