I worked with Ciera Richardson on an HOA architectural request. She was friendly, pleasant, professional, and very helpful in navigating me through the process. It was a pleasure working with her and I highly recommend her to anyone who has need for HOA architectural questions or requests for project approvals.
I was very pleased with the assistance given to me by Mercedes in the Temecula Avalon Management office. She assisted me in the process to request use of the pool and park area in Chardonnay Hill for an upcoming family event. She was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with.

Mercedes was super helpful on the phone with me. I had trouble with the web portal to change my payment account and update the name on my profile. She helped me with both and also found other areas that I needed to update. It was nice to make one call, where someone picked up and solved all of the issues I was having with the portal.
