Has some great qualities that many will enjoy but my family and I did not enjoy our stay (combo buisness/vacation). The reason for the low rating is due to the following: 1. Hair found on all the beds, possibly either from staff or not cleaning sheets/beddings. 2. Floors sandy and dusty. We mopped the floors ourselves. 3. Not well accommodated for people with disabilities. Terrible beds/pillows and very loud (I have a bad back and sleep disorder, both disabilities). 4. Back to the loud part. Paper thin construction. It's is one of the cleaner hotels I have been too. Someone is continuing cleaning. Smells amazing. Very friendly staff. Had an amazing time. Will come back
Gotta give Karen some well-deserved recognition!! During check-in this past spring (a little late in my review), I walked into her handling a particularly difficult situation with grace. Another guest spent 30+ minutes complaining about her ocean view room - which DID have an ocean view, by her own admission, it just wasn't facing "straight at" the water. Very clean and friendly place to stay. Roof top pool and view was awesome! Also free beach chairs and umbrellas, plus sand toys for kids. We will definitely stay again!
Great boutique hotel/condo. It was clean and well-stocked with toiletries, detergent and kitchen ware. They accommodated an early arrival for us. There were chairs, umbrellas and towels for guest use. The staff were all friendly. It was reasonably priced for the location and amenities. I would recommend this and I’d stay here again.
