I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. The customer service is fantastic, they are incredible thorough and know exactly what they’re doing. I’ve brought three different cars in for Pre-Purchase checks and they’ve given me detailed reports of each one, guiding me through my decisions, as I am not the most knowledgeable about cars. I had a fantastic experience with The Automotive Workshop! Ben took the time to explain what needed to be done. The work was completed on time. It’s rare to find a mechanic you can really trust, but I definitely found one here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, fair, and friendly service!
I can't recommend this workshop highly enough. We were in a really tough spot with a recently bought car, but Ryan and the team were so kind, helpful and honest. Best experience I've ever had at a mechanic, and won't be going anywhere else in Hobart from now on!
