I took my Toyota CHR that had only 35ks for road worthy inspection since we moved from interstate. The guy called within the hour to say he reckons theres some major leak, the car had just gone for a service in December from Toyota before we moved and there weren’t any concerns. The guy just printed a photo he had taken and it wasn’t clear, didn’t offer to show us on the hoist neither had any further explanation or offered to look quickly whats the issue. Can't rate this place highly enough. Was able to drop my car in 5 minutes after making a call. What looked like a simple job ended up taking an hour and a half due to a missing part and other complications. Ryan was amazing
My entire experience was great - from booking my car in (and not having to wait a couple of weeks), to picking it up later in the day. We will bring our other vehicles here in the future. I also didn't get taken for a ride - even though it was very apparent that I don't know much about cars.
