UPDATED UPDATED REVIEW: They contacted me about helping with costs and i sent them all my invoices and it's been about a year and they never responded and never helped with costs and I've had to spend probably another $7,000 fixing my car since then.... My wife and I purchased a 2017 BMW X5 from Drew. His communication was clear and informative. He did a great job relaying information about the car, sent walk around videos and help me negotiate a great deal on the car! Highly recommend!
Bought a 2018 BMW X3 w/70K miles. Drove it off the lot - month later TPMS sensors needed replaced (Autohaus was kind enough to replace them free of charge considering these were bad when I bought the car but the weather was not cold enough to trigger the batteries to fail). Another month goes by, parking brake malfunction, took the car back to Autohaus and they told me it was bad battery so I paid $500 and that didn't fix it so I then had to pay another $200 for a new parking switch. I have purchased probably 20 cars from the Autohaus and have always been treated like family. I only buy from the team at Autohaus! Thank you for always getting me the cars is didn't know I needed...haha. If there was 10 stars I'd give 10.
