Went to Autograph restaurant in Andover with my wife and two grown up kids for the third time and had the worst experience! There was about 30 min left before the end of one of the games and we wanted to watch it while dining, but they sat us down to the table against the wall and only 2 of us were able to watch. I asked a manager or whoever worked there wearing all black (a bigger guy) to switch to any other table so we could all enjoy the game that was on all the screens in the restaurant and he said no, because all the ta... read more
i wish i could give negative stars. The food was DISGUSTING!! i got a chicken sandwich and only a couple hours later i was throwing up. My sandwich also had items on it that were not listed on the menu, which is very frustrating that i had to send my food back and get it remade because of that. the waitress was nice but the atmosphere…. why where we sat in a corner? a secluded corner of the restaurant with only about three tables in it, no windows, no nothing. Food was amazing. Service a little slow, but would absolutely go again
We just had a fantastic meal and the service was amazing . ( Tessa ) started with Chicken fingers for our appetizer, amazing. Finished with baked haddock and steak tips. Both were perfect, can’t wait to return to try more dishes,
Got the steak tacos, smash burger, sweet potato fries, and salad. All were quality, this place is underrated and had a sweet bar setup, so comfortable. Also had gluten free buns for my girlfriend, she’s pretty picky but still enjoyed her meal
