Jocelyn was very helpful. Getting my service done quickly and had no issues.
The multiple recall repairs for my VW ID4 were addressed expeditiously however upon the return of the vehicle, I immediately noticed that the issue with the driver’s door remains as it still requires two attempts to open it from the inside. Additionally, after keeping the vehicle for 3+ days, I would think that there must have been an opportunity for the service department to charge the battery at least somewhat from the 11% power it had remaining upon pick up.
