Setting up an appointment over the phone with David who is very accommodating is very easy. He’s an ideal service advisor to talk to. I got there at the time of My appointment which is before 830 although the line is long and as long as I get there before 830 tho I am not on their scheduled customer list to be serviced and I am literally just a “walk-in” Jocelyn who works with David took Me in in a jiffy. Thank you thank you to Miguel and Deya for getting us into a great Tiguan quickly and easily! After my car was totaled in an accident, I was not too excited to have to deal with car shopping. They made the process simple. We so appreciate their help with the purchase, we will be back! Follow-up- service is great in the shop too!
