These clowns screwed up our Tiguan, couldn't even place the dipstick back correctly, and then got offended when I then questioned their competence. Avoid! Avoid! They WILL damage your car then blame you, and try to profit on the subsequent repairs. The OWNER even admitted to me on a recorded line that their techs use AI to diagnose problems, so they REALLY don't know what they're doing. Typical scamsters. There are so many other, better options all around! Best to let this scam business wither and die.

Went in for our regular oil change, tire rotation, and system check. One again, we had a great experience. Staff is super helpful, and keep you informed of service progress. The facilities are always clean with coffee, water and snacks available.
