Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience at this dealership today. I brought in my 2021 Mazda CX-9 under an active CPO warranty due to the known excessive oil consumption issue (TSB). Before any work began, two different staff members explicitly assured me that the diagnostic fee would be covered under warranty if an issue was found.
