Very poor service overall. They keep the car for 10 days, but out of those 10 days they only work on it for less than a single day – and you can actually see that in the Mazda app, which shows when the doors or hood are opened. Then, they don’t care if you actually hear something wrong with the car – they only care about what the computer says. Avoid this place like the plague, they have terrible customer service. Auto service people are rude and incompetent. Watch out, they will not honor the corporate Mazda warranty and you'll have to go to another dealership.
Mazda, takes care of their customers and service is always amazing.
I have been taking my 2021 CX-30 here since I purchased it new. I’ve mostly worked with Jay, who takes very good care of me & my vehicle! The communication is exceptional and appreciate the inspection/service videos they share to illustrate what was done & why they are recommending repairs. Most often only regular maintenance has been required, but the few times I’ve needed repairs, they’ve been great about providing information and options.
