I had a wonderful experience working with Katie. She was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and made sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. What stood out most was her responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure I had a positive experience. It’s rare to find someone who combines excellent customer service with such a personal touch.
In the past I’ve given this place 5 stars because I usually get great customer service here. Today was not the same. Everything was great, as usual, until I went to pay. I realized that I had left my debit card at home and didn’t want to pay the 3% charge for using a credit card. I’m already paying $800, I’d rather not add more. Just had my Mazda3 serviced today and Katie was awesome. I was greeted right away, went through the reason for the service and said it would be 1.5 hours. Within 30 minutes an inspection was done, tire rotation recommended. She offered a special with my oil change to save money. Car was washed and completed in less than 1.5 hours. Very happy with my experience.
I had another great experience at Evanston Mazda, this time with their service department. I came in to have a missing clip on my door replaced and to pick up the floor mats that were promised when I purchased my vehicle. While I was there, I also brought up an issue I was having with my key fob. Katie in service was extremely helpful throughout the process.
