Want to give a shout out to Victorino Maristela for taking care of my corrupted SD Card making my infotainment screen on my 2024 Mazda 3 inoperable. He was able to coordinate a loaner for me to get to work and get the service done the same day. They also honored the free oil change and tire rotation when I purchased the vehicle.

As always, made my visit feel like a breeze. These are the people that make me stay loyal to mazda autobarn service place. I received good maintenance recommendation for the next visit. Will comeback to go through with the service.
Poor service with no care from management, to say the least. I brought my car in for service on 11/24/2025 where the service center came back with a report of all my brakes at 7mm. Hardly a few days later, I started having significant noise from my back brakes and returned to the service center for them to tell me my left rear brake was 5mm and my right rear brake was 0mm.
