I have been going here for my oil changes since 2021.
Extremely poor customer service in recent times. I've been a customer over 10yrs and in recent 1-2 years the service speed has been horrible. I've had need to replace a electrical unit under Mazda warranty and it has been approved for months by Mazda USA corporate office but they have been struggling to communicate with the service dealer about it. Oscar always provides a pleasant experience. I came in for a windshield repair/replacement. He let me know what to expect upfront so there were no surprises. His video explaining what was done was clear and concise, and he even tested it out to make sure the sensors were calibrated properly for my rain sensitive features. He also gave me some great "do's & don'ts" tips on how to help maintain it going forward. I never worry when he's taking care of me, and look forward to come here for my next service visit.
