I have been taking my 2021 CX-30 here since I purchased it new. I’ve mostly worked with Jay, who takes very good care of me & my vehicle! The communication is exceptional and appreciate the inspection/service videos they share to illustrate what was done & why they are recommending repairs. Most often only regular maintenance has been required, but the few times I’ve needed repairs, they’ve been great about providing information and options. Thieving service employees. Beware! I brought my VW Jetta there for service with my nice leather coat locked away in the trunk. It was missing when the car was done. Service personnel stole my fancy leather coat and management did not care, did nothing.
I really appreciated the service Yessenia Gonzalez at Autobarn gave me today - she called me regularly to give me updates and was just a nice person to work with... I would recommend this place to anyone. Everyone in the service department seems nice and customer focused - I will keep going
