I bought a car there about 6 weeks ago. Sales lady was awesome, wish she worked at a new dealership because she would be awesome. 1 the star is because of the car and service dept. I was told before I drove the car that the ac was not working but it is in the contract to be fixed. I was told they would try to charge it while I did paperwork and they would call service to have it scheduled for the air. Bought it on June 26 the soonest apt I could get was July 10th. Please save your self some money & time! I would not recommend this place for a vehicle at all! Cars are very overpriced. They’re going to sell you a vehicle that has issues & even if you attempt to get it fixed through their service you’ll literally be waiting. The Service shop on archer is terrible & very unprofessional they give u no updates on the status of your vehicle. Please again save your self money time & a headache!
Never again! Bought a truck with them a month ago and started having problems with the first two weeks! Got it back from them and the problems became worse! Sold us a rruck woth electrical issues on top of fuel pimp issues and overheating issues! Stay away from them! Do not recommend!
