Second time buying a car. Everyone at the dealership was awesome. Then they pass you on to Vladimir the account manager who is nothing but unprofessional. He harasses people. Drop the car off at a mechanic and he will divulge personal information thinking u are just going to leave the car and abandon it. The guy is the worst

I have debated on doing this review but here I am doing it tho I didn’t purchase a car, customer service was very good, I test drove two vehicles that were both nice vehicles other the the fact when I’d turn they both made some sort of weird noise after returning with the second one I noticed the one vehicle was leaking unsure if it was from the ac or the actual car, from what I have found at other dealerships that aren’t as helpful with bad credit as Carfect may be, other dealers with the same cars and same mileage and less... read more
The person that helped me is Jose Romero, he’s and awesome guy. When you guys go in ask for him. Trust me he will not let you leave with out a vehicle.
