Came in and saw Adan and when I say he is the best I’ve encountered. Very quick service and great help and great communication. I found the right place for me
I have debated on doing this review but here I am doing it tho I didn’t purchase a car, customer service was very good, I test drove two vehicles that were both nice vehicles other the the fact when I’d turn they both made some sort of weird noise after returning with the second one I noticed the one vehicle was leaking unsure if it was from the ac or the actual car, from what I have found at other dealerships that aren’t as helpful with bad credit as Carfect may be, other dealers with the same cars and same mileage and less... read more
The person that helped me is Jose Romero, he’s and awesome guy. When you guys go in ask for him. Trust me he will not let you leave with out a vehicle.
My sales Rep Adan was amazing! The process was very smooth and quick. When I arrived at the melrose location, Adan already have SUV’s waiting for me to choose from, which helped with time tremendously! I will refer him and carfect to anyone in need of a car.
