one star only because I had to. went to carfect during the evening. my husband wanted to get a used car to her to and from work. he spoke to Jay and said hey I don't have a driver's license its just expired but I have my ID. a young lady did all paper wrk even credit check to then come bk and say we need a licence. that's when I came in and said when are any of your criterias asked for before you check someone's credit and complete all paper work?? she said oh I didn't tlk to him (WHAT) you just checked his credit asked fit ... read more
Hacer trato con este Warehouse fue lo peor para dañar mi crédito, perder tiempo, y sobre todo mucho dinero. Tome un Volkswagen Passat 2017 que a la semana dio problemas, la aseguranza de ellos cubrió los gastos, luego de 15 días más problemas, pasó 15 días el carro en el taller, luego exigí que me cambiaran el auto pero por su falta de transparencia no me atendieron e ignoraron, al final deje que se llevasen el carro aún sabiendo que dañaría mi crédito aunque lo peor fue saber en el futuro que el carro llegaría a costar 34mi... read more
Never trust a dealership that doesnt post the prices on their website!
Checked out their sight because I was looking for a used car with bad credit. Once I put in the parameters of my search, I was presented with 15 pages and no prices. I called and received the prices of two cars on the FIRST page. I'd have to call for EVERY car I was interested. Then I’m told the prices start at 10k but are negotiable. This made zero sense to me because how am I to know which cars are in the range of what I’d want to pay and be reasonably negotiable? Went in today after being turned down by sooooo many car lots, I was able to get approved for a nice SUV at an affordable price! Liz was the best and was soooooo patient because I was being VERY picky lol but I’m happy I was able to get financed after being turned away from so many other places! If you need a second chance, bad credit or whatever come to Carfect!
