Fairly good dealership; very nice salesmen and got a really good deal on my 2016 BMW M235i. Would mostly suggest this dealership but had a couple costly issues. I drove out of state for the vehicle and was not informed on the taillight having water in it until I arrived there; bought the car anyways. Salesmen was super nice and did write me a check for $300 but it appears the ground wire to the connector in the taillight was also burnt out and the $300 wouldn’t fully cover the taillight, new bulbs and the repair of the conn... read more
Purchased a car from The Auto Vault to have the car break down less than 24 hours after purchase. Talked to the owner who offered to fix it and told me to contact the salesman. When I talked to the salesman he refused to do anything and just wanted to argue back and change his/their stories. I will NEVER buy a car from this company ever again. Very invested in getting a car with them, following on carmax. Today I called and waited 5 minutes for a pickup, after not hearing back from them via email for over a week. They told me they're not doing business anymore, which is confusing because there was no mention of it on their site, and they are still advertising with carmax
I bought my first camaro from them and they are wonderful People i would definitely take my business back to them. 10/10
