Fairly good dealership; very nice salesmen and got a really good deal on my 2016 BMW M235i. Would mostly suggest this dealership but had a couple costly issues. I drove out of state for the vehicle and was not informed on the taillight having water in it until I arrived there; bought the car anyways. Salesmen was super nice and did write me a check for $300 but it appears the ground wire to the connector in the taillight was also burnt out and the $300 wouldn’t fully cover the taillight, new bulbs and the repair of the conn... read more
Purchased a car from The Auto Vault to have the car break down less than 24 hours after purchase. Talked to the owner who offered to fix it and told me to contact the salesman. When I talked to the salesman he refused to do anything and just wanted to argue back and change his/their stories. I will NEVER buy a car from this company ever again. For years I’ve been searching for the perfect BMW X6 for my driveway. Little did I know, the Auto Vault would do all of the work to find my dream car in my reality budget. Working with ‘the Fish’ has been by far the easiest car buying experience of my life, which is huge considering I was several states away for the whole sale. Whether you’re local to Bowling Green, or far away like me, this is exactly where you want to get your next set of wheels.
Very invested in getting a car with them, following on carmax. Today I called and waited 5 minutes for a pickup, after not hearing back from them via email for over a week. They told me they're not doing business anymore, which is confusing because there was no mention of it on their site, and they are still advertising with carmax
