Went in for repair- leaking oil. Left with a guarantee that it was fixed. Oil completely empty just 15 minutes down the road. Bill agreed to waive the cost. I come back later and he gets toxic nasty saying I owe him still suddenly swearing and calling me a--hole because I refused to pay for a job he failed to perform. So much for his guarantee not to mention his toxic demeanor
Bill is one of the more honest mechanic I’ve I have ever met. He is also one of the most honest and hardest working. I definitely recommend bringing your vehicle to him.
