Vacuums did not have sufficient power. Left hose is very loose and broke off during use.
Work on customer service is all I can say. Ive tried to be heard.
Just wanted to give feedback on an experience I had at the Monocacy location, the manager/supervisor Jonathan Hacen went above and beyond in helping me when my car locked with the keys inside. It took about an hour to get into the vehicle and Jonathan was great.
We always go here to clean out the car. Sometimes the vacuum might not have good suction but this time it was working like new so I gave them 5 stars. It's free unless you do the car wash.
