What a great experience. I'm getting my truck washed right before vacation. So of course your mind is running in 10 different directions. It just so happened that Noah saw that I had a loose ratchet strap. Caught me in time before I got into the car wash completely. Sprung into action like a superhero. Also Kamel was working the window. Took care of all my needs. Polite kind professional. Couldn't ask for a better day. Make sure they get an attaboy at the next meeting Richard Witthaus
The Auto Spa Express, is a great car wash, and everything else that goes along with it, they keep the towels stocked, they will clean your floor mats if they won't fit in the cleaning machines, I am very happy with the service I get!!
This location is top notch and I make the effort to drive here from Germantown for car washes as it's close to Costco. My daughter parked my car underneath a tree and birds do what birds do. It took three passes through the wash to get the car clean. Kamil was especially helpful, coming over with some dish soap to help scrub the roof down where I couldn't reach it (height challenged). The drive through wash usually does the job with just one pass through (as parking under bird trees is not the norm). It's always entertaining... read more
Ripped a piece of my car off during the car wash. Was told to pull up to speak to someone and fill out a form. The guy disappeared and never came back. Finally, when I go to leave the manager, Tristan comes back out and tells me it’s my fault because I must’ve turned my windshield wipers on during the car wash. I told him to show me video of my windshield wipers on as I pulled in to it. He said they were not on when I pulled in. He kept changing his story.
