Stopped by this new Kal Tire location on the weekend for an alignment. Elbert was fantastic and provided a great service experience! We had the car back on the road quickly and the work was perfect!
I was having a REALLY, REALLY bad day. Flat tire at the side of the road in the country, CAA saying 43 minutes that turned into 2 hours and 40 minutes and still no roadside help. TWO police vehicles passing me by. Finally some good samaritans helped. Went into town, no one to help with my tire and I live a distance away. Called KalTire and spoke to Elbert Foo, who just came to the Guelph location yesterday. In NO time, he and his team had me back to driving safely and securely.
