Great Service — booked day before for tire service online
Most unprofessional employee I have ever encountered upon walking into a retail establishment!!! I stopped at this location at 4.43pm on Saturday May 2nd and found the door locked 17 minutes before their closing time. The rude individual behind the counter, came over and opened the door and very rudely asked if he could help me with disgust in his tone. I entered and said most definitely I hope you can. Kal Tire Guelph is a great addition to Guelph. Elbert is cheerful, polite, knowledgeable and accommodating. I had a very good first experience at this location.
I went to this location yesterday because the tire shop I usually go to was closed on Sunday, I left with a deeper understanding of my car and no worries about them cutting corners. Elbert will explain to you exactly what he sees when servicing your car without pressuring you to “come back soon because your car needs more servicing”. If you’re a car guy, this is your spot!
