Best service from Elbert Foo at Kal Tire in Guelph on Dec 20th!! We had a flat tire on the 401 and luckily we were able to make it to this shop. He went above and beyond to help us in a stressful situation, found us a solution since tire unrepairable and was able to find us the correct tire to get us back on the road again to pick up our son at the airport. Words can not describe how thankful we were to find someone like Elbert being both friendly and excellent at his job! Elbert is the best!!

In a desperate, time sensitive situation on a weekend, both Elbert and Kyle came through like true champions.
