This place is awesome! I would highly recommend. If you want a job well done and 100% honesty, this the place to go. I came here to get my Pre Purchase Inspection done and Mark assured me that he worked for ME. He told me would look at the vehicle as if he were buying it himself - and that's exactly what he did. They are ASE certified. They were able to accept my credit card payment over phone. Again, highly recommend this place!! I love the Auto Dr!!

We have worked with the Auto Doctor on a few occasions, but on our most recent need, Mark was very forthcoming and brought things to our attention that feel under a warranty. Even after the dealerships were a struggle to work with, Mark walked me through paperwork and explained things clearly and made for sure I had all the knowledge on my vehicle to get it taken care of...even at the expense of doing the work himself. It was so frustrating to experience car trouble while in Leander, away from my home in San Antonio. Thankfully, The Auto Dr. was able to take my car in by the next day! Kathy picked my car up first thing in the morning and had it ready for me sooner than expected. Unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to meet Mark in person or see the shop (since they'll pick up and deliver your car) but they were a pleasure to work with.
