After buying a car and the business moved from Charlotte, I wasn't able to find anyone to repair my car. I haven't had transportation in a month and but my payments are still due and they told me that they are trying to find me a repair shop here in Charlotte. I have been waiting a week now for a response and all the customer service agents keep telling me that a manager is not available to speak with. What lousy service after you take my money?
