RecommendedThey made my first time car buying process simple and easy to follow. They offer a wide variety of unique cars in terms of color and low mileage, that stood out from other dealers I have visited. Great customer service, easy process and excellent follow up.
Bought a Mercedes from this place over a year ago and after repeated attempts to have them correct the title and registration I still have yet to receive my license plates or title. They respond promptly assuring me they will take care of it and blame the DMV...but it goes nowhere. Now I have to hire an attorney to take legal action. This is not the customer experience I was promised and post-sale resolving this issue is clearly far from a priority for them. I would not recommend based on my experience.
Michael was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was able to help me get a great deal on an older Aston Martin Vantage in their inventory. Communications were impeccable, and a flight to Los Angeles to pick up the car in person was as easy as a phone call away. Highly recommend The Auto Collection, especially for non-locals looking to fly over and pick up in person. Logistics was a breeze. And you know the dealer pays attention to detail when they even laminate your temporary paper plates!
