This place is so unprofessional. I've been with them for a year been paying my car note on time. I haven't missed a payment or been late. I don't give them any issues with payments or anything yet I needed help becuase I got sick and haven't been working for 2 weeks asked them if there is anything they can do for me since I've been a good customer but yet they couldn't help me with just a couple of days so I can see what I can do about payment the rep I spoke to literally told me that I needed to pay my car the day of my pay... read more
Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and price was fair. I'm very happy with this transaction!
Worst customer service ever. They claim we didn’t have insurance when we have always had insurance. They took payments out for insurance when we had insurance. They were rude to me. Hung up on me once and refused to let me speak with a supervisor. I fully intend on contacting a lawyer. This place is beyond crooked.
Believe everything you see on here. They don’t communicate correctly with their customers, the cars already have issues with lights on. I’ve had problems since day 1, first my dealer tags now with the issue of them making me double pay for insurance for something that I have obtain and never allowed to lapse. They just take money out of your account without even giving you a notice. I want out of this agreement and wish I never entered it. Worst place I’ve ever done business with ever!!
