They stole my money. Do not do business with this company!
They appear to have come out of business without notifying customers. I was waiting on a warranty repair. Phone, email, and website are gone. Shop elsewhere.
We were hit by a tornado in March of 2022 that broke over half of the windows in our house. After my initial contractor delivered windows that didn't fit, I contacted the Austin Window Guy to complete the job. I paid for the windows 6 months ago (09/2022) and have yet to hear from them despite multiple attempts via phone, email, and text message. Have leaked the entire time...always promises and delays to repair, and never happens. Now they don't answer email and phone and site is down.
