If I could do. 4.5 I would! The service was incredible. The communication couldn’t be more transparent, the service reliable, and the quality impeccable. The only reason I did 4 stars was because the cleaning was a bit rough…lol the vacuum they used to clean was just scratching against the floor so loudly and rough. No damage was done, and perhaps it was rough because it was fast as they have a lot of work to do. The Austin Cleaning Group is wonderful! Everyone is super helpful and thorough in the work they do. Our house looks and smells great every month, thanks in particular to the efforts of Marilin and Yanet on the front line, and Daniel, Yazmin, Alejandro, and Elida on the back end. :)
We got the deluxe cleaning, and while it was a great price with the monthly special, we are a little disappointed. I had to go over a lot of surfaces myself to get streaks off and dirt that easily came up. A lot of surfaces looked like the wrong type of cleaner was used for them. For example, our wooden table looked awful and we were worried it was ruined (it wasn’t, but it did need to be cleaned again). This is my second time using Austin Cleaning Group for a move out clean and I could not be more pleased! Communication was consistent and they went above and beyond to answer and questions I had. They did a fantastic job cleaning our old place and I am very happy with their services. HIGHLY recommend using them for move out cleans!
