Original.management were amazing. Thrive st living took over and it became a nightmare. My building was broken in to i.was almost attacked in basement, people were living in the basement management didnt do anything . Thrive st living did nothing to help.or make it safer there. They not only charge rent and extra for utilities tho u pay those separately etc but charge u for lights in hallways basementments and for everything u need maintenence help. Very rude sneaky . I lived in Austin Apartments for 5 years. The last year was a complete nightmare. Unfortunately Thrive Street Living bought it and ruined everything good about the place. The building I lived in was constantly being broken into. Thrive street did literally nothing to make it safer. The laundry machines were cut open and destroyed by the people breaking in. Cute apartment but utility bills (buildings are not insulated at all) are *extremely* expensive and there’s a lot of mold. Management knows and doesn’t do anything about either issue. It’s why I didn’t renew my lease. I would not recommend.
