They don't fix things when they break down. The pool table & the arcade has been broken for months and months. The buttons don't work. If you plan on moving in keep this in mind. They also have a fake room advertised for this building. This room is not at this location.

I came to visit my friend & the building is nice but the gym was missing stuff, the coffee machine doesn't work, the arcade doesn't work properly and the pool table is missing cues and balls so I don't really know what is up with this place. Not really maintaining it well.

I have enjoyed living here more than anywhere else. The property manager is so accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to fill out an application all my neighbors are so friendly
