I Have Lived Here For About 14 Years , The Buildings , the Grounds , and The Personal Just Keep Improving.
Negative 5 stars Worst place I have ever lived in my life. Maintenance team is inferior, tried to have a toilet fixed three times, which they failed to fix. Eventually I gave up on the toilet. It took them two times to fix the water heater. Furnace broke down too. The complex is always breaking a water main thus leaving you/us without water for hours. Don't expect to come home from work and take that nice relaxing shower, no no water main broke again. Staff does NOT answer phones. After two weeks of signing lease mold began ... read more
We just moved to the area and we had several we went and looked at, this one by FAR was the one we knew we wanted! fitness center, sauna, indoor outdoor basketball ct's raquet ct sand volley ball pit, POOL! grill station by the pool, a tennis court. i mean this place is the place to be. I am very happy with my stay and so is my family. We have only had to put in one request about our a.c and is was done and we haven't had any problems since. just an amazing over all experience with this complex.
My vehicles got broken into numerous times while I lived there. The back locks were cut with bolt cutters on my work van, and hundreds of dollars of tools were stolen. Per the Columbus Police recommendations, I upgraded the locks. This time, the theives gained access by literally grinding the locks off, either with a grinder or hacksaw. My personal vehicle had the back window broken out and a drills stolen, and the lock was busted on my Honda Civic and the aftermarket radio taken. Slum Farms, don't even leave change in your car or someone will bust your locks. Very disappointing, new management is not better than the first.
Our son just moved here from Florida and the transition could not have gone any better. Within 5 minutes of the move they replaced the door knob and snaked the bath tub and replaced the access card. Mariel in the front office was wonderful. So far we could not be happier. We looked at over a dozen other complexes and this was the only one that worked with us on all our issues. KUDOS!
