There are not enough stars for the AI. Chris is the BEST hostess ever. The inn is filled with gorgeous antiques and every room is beautifully decorated and equipped with all you need. She hosted a wedding for my friend that was just magical. Her staff Wes seemingly invisible as they made sure every detail was perfect and every guest was happy. The inn was decorated like a pro! This place is super special if you need to stay in old spring or nearby this is such a cute little town and amazing Airbnb boutique hotel. Chris, the owner is super special as well and takes great pride and her property and the hospitality that she provides her guests. The breakfast I had the next morning was incredible fruit with homemade whipped cream, bacon and an amazing avocado toast all sourced locally. 10/10 recommend!!! What an amazing stay here, everything is just as others posted. It's just a short walk from all the quaint shops in Old Town Spring which you can make a whole day of shopping and arrive to a very comforting place that feels like stepping into a little history of such a charming town. The room we stayed in was just impeccable down to the smallest details such as fresh cut flowers that my wife admired. The Host prepared a wonderful breakfast that showed her culinary skills accompanied with warm friendly chat.

Had such a great stay at August Inn in Old Town Spring! The place is cozy, clean, and full of charm—it really has a unique, homey feel. The breakfast was a highlight and such a nice added touch. The location is perfect too, right in the heart of everything so you can easily walk around and explore. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable stay, and I’d definitely come back.

I had an outstanding stay at this charming and comfortable BNB! Really enjoyed the rooms, common areas were lovely, and the service from our host was excellent. It is right next to the train, but we knew that going in, and the inn very thoughtfully provided guests earplugs and an eye mask to maximize comfort. Absolutely would book again.
