You CAN’T put less than 5 stars when people go out of their way to make you feel cozy and at home! No complaints. Very clean room, such a vibe. Breakfast was simple but delicious, and the host so helpful. You won’t be bothered here but will have all your questions answered. Thanks Chris for such a cozy stay ❤️ Yea, the inn is right on the train tracks by it makes its charm! I’m sure children would be so excited to see the train go by.

My stays at August Inn are something I genuinely look forward to every single time. Chris is truly the best host — warm, thoughtful, and intentional in every detail. You can tell she doesn’t just run a place to stay… she creates an experience. Her breakfast is always amazing — beautifully prepared, delicious, and never just “standard.” What means even more is how carefully she takes food allergies into account. What an amazing stay here, everything is just as others posted. It's just a short walk from all the quaint shops in Old Town Spring which you can make a whole day of shopping and arrive to a very comforting place that feels like stepping into a little history of such a charming town. The room we stayed in was just impeccable down to the smallest details such as fresh cut flowers that my wife admired. The Host prepared a wonderful breakfast that showed her culinary skills accompanied with warm friendly chat.

Our stay at The August Inn was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, our host made us feel so welcome — truly like part of the family. Every detail of the inn was beautiful, from the cozy, thoughtfully decorated room to the charming touches that made it feel like home. A lovely place to stay - Kris was an amazing hostess along with her husband, Pete. They made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay was enjoyable - we will definitely be back! Would be a great place for a girls trip with the shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The train across the street just added to the ambiance of this cute B&B.
