I moved across the country to this complex sight-unseen. The service staff was able to meet my uncertain schedule and provide access afterhours upon my arrival. There was an issue with one of the windows in the specific unit I had been assigned and the team was able to resolve my concerns and remedy the situation quickly and efficiently. Great team to work with, great amenities, excellent aesthetics in the building, 5 stars! Shoutout to Tanya and Sedara for the excellent customer service!
The view of the harbor is breathtaking!
The leasing office ran into some delays because of turnover but in the end completely worked out moved in and absolutely falling more in love every second that I walk around especially with the hot tub in the sauna the views are great the property is beyond what I imagined and the pricing is extremely reasonable and there is affordable housing five stars all the way
My girlfriend and I were very excited to apply to The August. It’s a great location, but unfortunately, management and the leasing office disappointed us tremendously. After our application was approved, communication became scattered. We played phone tag with the leasing office and repeatedly tried to contact the property manager to discuss and negotiate our lease.
