The leasing office ran into some delays because of turnover but in the end completely worked out moved in and absolutely falling more in love every second that I walk around especially with the hot tub in the sauna the views are great the property is beyond what I imagined and the pricing is extremely reasonable and there is affordable housing five stars all the way
My girlfriend and I were very excited to apply to The August. It’s a great location, but unfortunately, management and the leasing office disappointed us tremendously. After our application was approved, communication became scattered. We played phone tag with the leasing office and repeatedly tried to contact the property manager to discuss and negotiate our lease.
