The location is perfect—close to downtown, Yale, restaurants, and parks, but still feels quiet and secure. The building is always clean and well-maintained, and the amenities like the fitness center, rooftop lounge, and garage parking are a huge bonus. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive. Overall nice building with nice amenities, however with significant decline in responsiveness and maintenance since Spinnaker took over. The garage break ins and condition of the mail room have been a constant issue. Moreover, for the phase one building, one of the 2 main elevators has been out of order for months, leaving hundreds of apartments with one elevator for access to the main lobby. For the past two weeks the garage elevator has also been out of order. Good building and community, abysmal management
Love the Audubon! The amenities speak for themselves and the staff is nothing but pleasant. The place is clean, well maintained and welcoming. I love it here!
I’ve really enjoyed living at The Audubon! The staff are awesome—super friendly and always quick to help or even just say hello in the hallway. Quick maintenance response and upkeep of the property. They’ve made the place feel like home, which you don’t usually get. The amenities are a big plus too—especially the lounge and rooftop, which are my go to spots to relax.
