We have been living her a few years, and we love it. From the amenities to the fast and responsive management team/ maintenance team. Since spinnaker took over the property we have seen a juristic change in response time with service request the new maintenance guys are great very respectful and full of joy (Erik & Bryent) are phenomenal at getting the job done.
We've been here for a few years. The management has always been exceptional in terms of friendliness and being responsive but not always able to address the complaints. The amenities are wonderful. The 3 stars are for all of the downsides of the building making it less than a "luxury" building for the rental cost. 1. The carpeting in the halls are stained and we have seen incontinent dogs pee on the carpet. They also are dirty from all of the years of multiple residents use. These carpets barely get vacuumed- they have not b... read more

It is a very nice building and amenities are great however security is very poor. Packages are being stolen from the building.
The people working the garage are scummy, had to drop off friends after a show and parked in the common area to quickly use the main lobby bathroom, 2m later my friend calls me that they got a tow truck on my car and stole 100$ from me to get it back. 3 damn minutes, while for 2 months the garage gates were broken to paid users and wouldn't accept payment to open so I was traped and pressing the assistance button did nothing. so I had to circumvent the gate(not paying) to get out.
