Friendly and helpful customer service, good security, easy access to my unit, good pricing. What's not to like?
Joey was very helpful I signed and paid for my unit on the phone and had my gate code and unit number
Well, the website gave me wrong access code, had to call customer service which was very professional, but when I was leaving, some random hipster looking guy started asking me for my name and how I got in ect, all without introducing himself. I can assume his role on the property and understand the environment around it, but someone needs some training on how to have a conversation.
