can’t complain, stores my stuff perfectly, reasonably priced, the people are very nice, kinda odd location got a little lost but that’s probably me. only thing i’d say is i wish the units had a light in them, past sunset it’s pitch black in there. bring a flashlight lol

Reservation and set up was pretty straightforward. Customer service was pleasant and professional. It appeared advertisement wasn't entirely transparent. Website listed the location as having 24-hour access which is true but does require special permission and an additional $10 per month. Also, a form of liability insurance is required through a third party, handled in-house requiring an additional monthly fee. The policy is difficult to understand who's liable for the coverage.
