WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RENTING A UNIT HERE, ours and two others were broken into!!! The “insurance coverage” you’re pitched to pay for is USELESS!! Being there was “no forced entry” due to “only locks being cut off”, they don’t cover over $4,700 worth of stuff stolen!!!! Since when is cutting locks and welcoming yourself into someone’s unit not FORCED ENTRY?!?!? Lori was amazing and extremely helpful from day 1! She was clear with guidance and what to expect. I appreciate her help over the long period of time we rented a unit. Move in and move out were easy and stress free. I would definitely rent from them again if we became in need again!!
