From start to finish hands down incredible experience. I was able to move my stuff in same day. Valerie was incredible. I was a bit lost. She stayed on the phone and answer all my questions kindly. If you want above and beyond customer service and an easy and quick moving process choose StorageMax. They gotchu covered. Update: All of my stuff was stolen and they said they could not do anything about it.
Great place an very nice people helped me on Saturday over the phone an got me a storage right away that day didn't even have to go in.
The 100 Westside cv pearl ms location is Awesome. I could not have asked for a better storage facility. The office manager is awesome and provides excellent customer service.
