WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RENTING A UNIT HERE, ours and two others were broken into!!! The “insurance coverage” you’re pitched to pay for is USELESS!! Being there was “no forced entry” due to “only locks being cut off”, they don’t cover over $4,700 worth of stuff stolen!!!! Since when is cutting locks and welcoming yourself into someone’s unit not FORCED ENTRY?!?!? No cameras at this location and you won’t get help from storagemax AT ALL being it’s 3rd party insurance and they don’t cover a thing!!! At this point someone is letting s... read more
