It feels god to see Portland repurposing buildings rather than letting them go derelict. This building has had its struggles, but seems to be starting to thrive. Its is in a very convenient location with ample parking and close proximity to the bus line. Adidas Employee store was a great addition, and now The Oregon Clinic for Ears, Nose and Throat. Muchh easier than navigating the Legacy Good Sam campus with limited parking garages and long waits for elevators. Keep the good things coming!
Soo busy and some good deal at Adidas store
Nice spot to stop and have lunch. A different food truck parked out front every day. Very nice lobby and atrium to cool off and have lunch in. The Adidas store is on the second floor. Free coffee in the back on the 1st floor until about 11:00 AM
