Absolutely worst experience. Incompetent management who behave like vultures and try to get money out of you for made up reasons after you move out. We worked so hard to clean the apartment before leaving and specifically asked management to take a look before we leave infront of us but they refused and stated they will take a look afterwards. No we got an extensive bill. Please be extremely cautious before renting in this building complex
Apartment is nice but takes forever to get maintenance to fix things. When it’s an issue like potential flooding they come right away, but my dishwasher drying function has been broken for months and my clothes dryer is now dysfunctional. I’ve requested maintenance several times and I don’t think they have the manpower to address things in a timely manner (I don’t think it’s the maintenance guy’s fault).
This building is run by a MAFIA, they just stole our rent deposit, We rented the apartment from the previous owner ( Baez family) another scammer who got hit by $10 millions fine, He sold this building to Ridgetop, this company took over and found out that this building is a big mess, so they started rising rent by an average of $300 per month, the building had flooded at least twice, the AC units are loud and dysfunctional, the apartments have mold , We requested AC units replacement they only replaced the one in one bedroo... read more
