We are one of the first Tenants at the Atrium....we follow our lease and Atrium keeps renewing it. Small problems of maintenance are mostly taken care of promptly. Building is always clean and staff is available to assist tenants resolve any inconveniences.
Very well organized building, our super Anthony is very efficient, attentive and always in good mood, i have to mention Adrianne and Stephanie at the office, very well spoken, always answer the phone and listen to my issue. My only complain is that someone parked the car on my spot and didn't move the car for last 2 days eventhough i complained twice.
Moving is inherently really stressful but Nicole and the rest of the team at Ridgetop has helped us every step of the way and took the time to review everything with us. The team over at Ridgetop is extremely knowledgeable, but also compassionate and they will treat you as a person first not a tenant.
The location of this building is ideal... public transportation is merely a few feet from the front door. There are plenty of places to get food and groceries within walking distance. The building itself well maintained.
The on-site staff, especially Anthony at the Atrium at Anderson Station, has been wonderful! I moved here from another property managed by Ridgetop, Cambridge, where the on-site staff member Miguel was truly one of a kind. These gentlemen take their jobs seriously and handle everything with the utmost professionalism.
