The haircut I received today was the reason I procrastinated over a year to get one. Claims they are deva certified but did not even know how to use the products correctly, let alone how to cut curly hair. The girl who cut my hair was incredibly sweet and I do not blame her for her lack of knowledge being the fact she has very straight hair and was told she was qualified to do deva cuts. Every time I get a chance to come to Asheville, I always love seeing Steven, he always does such an outstanding job cutting my hair and has been for years!
Absolutely amazing customer service and ability to deliver. I had literally just left the previous establishment I got my hair cut at which will remain un-named minutes prior very dissatisfied with how my hair cut had turned out after asking the lady to adjust it twice I finally decided to pay and move on.
