Very poor management and equipment such as the HVAC system. The upper floors leak water during rain storms and the rent is too high for what you get. I really recommend reading the fine print on your lease before you sign it.
I gave for stars because it is always quiet and no clowns hanging around. It gets a 3 star for condition of the inside. Just seems a little run down. Not too bad but some. I haven't seen inside apartments. I deliver door dash.
