I gave for stars because it is always quiet and no clowns hanging around. It gets a 3 star for condition of the inside. Just seems a little run down. Not too bad but some. I haven't seen inside apartments. I deliver door dash.
You don't want to live here. This place is run by slumlord s. I have lived here 5 yrs. I have BATS. ROTTEN YELLOW CEILINGS IN EVERY ROOM AND BLACK MOLD. MY LEASE IS UP IN 2 WEEKS. NO BODY IS EVER IN THE OFFICE. I FINALLY CAUGHT SOMEONE TO RENEW MY LEASE I AMI 70 YES OLD AND LIVE ON A FIXED INCOME. THEY RAIDED MY RENT 400 DOLLAR AND EVEN THREATENED TO TAKE ME TO COURT BECAUSE I DIDN'T GIVE A 30 DAY NOTICE. KNOWING NONE OF THIS TILL 2 WEEKS BEFORE LEASE EXPIRES.
