Worst place to live. Roaches every where. Zero support from Managment. Zero support from Maintainance. Zero support from office. Once you lease you are nothing to them. There is $500 refferal bonus, before leasing ask them how many referral they received in last 2years. It takes market rates and provides nothing. Water and electricity are good but you pay separately for that so it should not be counted. Worst office staff. You are welcome if you want to experience hell. Thankyou
Dexter is amazing! He came out quickly, fixed my fridge earlier this year. This time he fixed a leak in my guest bathroom and even took the time to repair my front door so my heating wouldn’t keep escaping. He’s professional, friendly, and goes above and beyond every time. So grateful for his work!
I’m a new tenant and have been experiencing problems from the moment I moved in such as a faulty toilet, wonky a/c, and even a bad spider infestation outside my apt HOWEVER throughout it all Dexter the maintenance man has fixed all the problems in a timely and efficient manner with a smile on his face. (If I could I’d give him 10 stars) I was concerned living here because of all the issues but knowing there is someone on the property willing to fix them as quickly as they pop up is reassuring!

Avenues at Holcomb Bridge has been consistently solid. The community is clean, the grounds look good, and the common areas are kept in order. The apartments feel updated, functional, and comfortable—nothing slapped together or neglected. Maintenance shows up fast and gets things done right the first time.
