Wish my place looked anything like the pictures they have of this place! Single 1 bedroom and I have to average out my water usage with everyone else in the community. My counters are falling off, cabinets not attached, ceiling cracked, paint chipped and outlets painted over, blinds broken, "sunroom" is a shed attached to my bedroom with 0 insulation, gates never work, pay for a storage locker that never works and never use, pest control never comes by, still had screws in walls everywhere painted over, bathroom toilet was l... read more

First I would like to thank Dexter for always doing a great job when he comes by to repair, replace or fix anything that we have going on in our apartment. Dexter has been consistent and trustworthy for along time for us residents. I would like to see this person receive some type of raise out maybe become some type of team lead. Keep up the good work Dexter! We definitely appreciate you.

Yoanna has been great / very helpful since moving in last October. She is personable and has welcoming energy while also remaining professional. Whenever we’ve had questions or request they were handled in a timely manner with no issues. I will say she’s rated at 5 stars! However, the 3 stars itself is rated for the quality of the apartments. There is a pest problem despite being charged a pest control fee, there is not a consistent plan implemented to control that problem. I requested pest control and the guy came and spray... read more
