I recently came in for a tour at Avenues at Holcomb Bridge with my friend, and we had a great experience! The leasing agents were very welcoming and helpful, and the manager was just as kind and professional. The community looks beautiful- well maintained and inviting. Definitely a place worth considering!
God Bless the Leasing team and maintenance team, I love everything that this complex has been doing for me and my family! I work for long hours and when I come home I am welcomed with comfort, and every time I go to the office to pay my rent the workers welcome me with good energy, great job to the entire staff for trying there best on getting the work order done and for always trying to find a solution!
I’m a current resident at Avenues at Holcomb Bridge, and my experience has been great. The maintenance team is prompt and reliable, always taking care of my requests quickly. Meleena and Ms. Kathy are always friendly and helpful whenever I stop by the office. Professional team that has truly made a difference. I’m glad to call this community my home!
Don't expect a roof over your head if you live here. Don't expect fast service. Lower all standards. Homeless walk everywhere.
