Wish my place looked anything like the pictures they have of this place! Single 1 bedroom and I have to average out my water usage with everyone else in the community. My counters are falling off, cabinets not attached, ceiling cracked, paint chipped and outlets painted over, blinds broken, "sunroom" is a shed attached to my bedroom with 0 insulation, gates never work, pay for a storage locker that never works and never use, pest control never comes by, still had screws in walls everywhere painted over, bathroom toilet was l... read more
Completed application and admin fee only to see reviews and talk to current residents that said they have a severe roach infestation and pest control doesn’t work. Wished i asked around before applying.
BUGS BUGS BUGS!! STAY AWAY
I like living here at Avenues at Holcomb Bridge. The community is very quiet you barely hear noise from the busy streets. If I have a maintenance issue I placed a request. Then it was completed in a timely manner. My unit accommodates my mobility needs, my only wish is that I miss having a ceiling fan. Happily renewed my lease! 15 months in and hopefully 24 months to go!
I like a lot, except the water bill. I also want the pool to be open in the summer, because it usually works for a month. Many thanks to Dexter for always helping quickly and efficiently.
