If I could have found anywhere else to move in so last minute at the right price I would have. I had to call the office over 20 times in just a few days to keep asking for paperwork they were supposed to send over. Finally move in day arrived and it’s 94 degrees and I HAVE NO AIR. Floors were disgusting, my feet were black. Counters hadn’t been wipes. My bedroom blinds don’t open and close. At least 5 drawers between bathroom and bedroom are broken. Zero customer service. Unprofessional. Was charged a fee that equaled 80% of my base rent because I didn't give them a 60 day notice that I was moving out. I gave them a 56 day notice, my bad.
I just moved in and I’m very happy! Miranda is a sweetheart and very helpful! I’ve been downsizing for a few years now and this place is perfect for me!!!
Great place!!! Love the space here washer and dryer are much needed and helpful. Property has been up kept from management. Besides all the other review I have been enjoying it. Residents here are helpful and friendly.
I currently live here. The old management was better. Wish they would bring back discounts for health care professionals like when I first moved here. Old management changed light bulbs and filters at no cost. They need to tell post office to take over and not contract out the mail.
