Bismar brings 5 star ratings!!! He’s great with fixing everything, awesome communication and keeping me updated with work orders. He makes it feel like you’re top priority, which seems hard to come by today. Antoine also adds to that 5 star rating. He always seems available to listen and execute! Great location, reasonable price, includes WiFi, though it’s an open community, it still feels private. Perfect to bike or walk.
So far my maintenance repairs are being addressed one by one. Happy tenant😇
The price of rent is very good for the location. It's right next to Atlantic Station and Target, so everything you might need on a daily basis is within walking distance. For heavy-duty maintenance requests, I highly recommend asking for Bismar, as he is a great technician! I'm only giving three stars because, despite the overall positive experience I've had here, I had to deal with long-term HVAC issues that persisted because of misdiagnosis from the maintenance crew.
