Very grateful for Asia for making my apartment hunting easier!
We have really enjoyed our time at Loring Heights so far. The whole team has been accommodating, responsive and helpful throughout our time here. Anytime we have had a concern, the response has been prompt and the turnaround has been very quick. Most recently, we submitted a ticket for a partial power outage and the issue was resolved soon after. We contacted Asia today to make sure the problem would be taken care of, and she had someone at our door within 30 minutes. Bismar from maintenance was great. He diagnosed the issue... read more
Asia was incredibly helpful! She was warm, welcoming, and patient with our barrage of queries. Our move-in was smooth and transparent, all thanks to her awesome support. Asia helped us patiently throughout, despite simultaneously handling many other move-ins. The surroundings are calm, peaceful, and filled with greenery. Overall I'd rate this place and the wonderful leasing staff a solid 5/5.
