I've lived here one month and so far, so bad. The last straw that proceeds this review is my packages being stolen. UPS even shows the picture of it being delivered to the wrong apartment and these "neighbors" are claiming they have no idea what happened to the package. Along with that we moved in with several maintenance issues (around 10) with 2 of the biggest (sliding glass door broken, doesn't open and needs wheels replaced and water stain looking blotch on ceiling in kitchen area) issues have yet to be fixed. We love living here. Such a beautiful place and Patricia in the leasing office is the best!
I love living at 10x Delray
It is embarrassing to live here. The grass hasn’t been cut in weeks. It’s a foot high. The landscaping is overgrown with weeds and looks horrible. Dogs are crapping on the sidewalks because the grass is so high. The fountain is STILL not working and mosquitoes are breeding. “Luxury” has become low budget. Moving here was a mistake.
