While this was a great place to live 3 years ago, it has gone down hill with the recent staff changes. The new staff is stand offish and will fight with you in the office. Amenities have been broken for months but don't get fixed because, "they are not part of your rent, we pay for them," um don't we pay you? Stay away!
DON'T MOVE HERE. I moved here from out of state only to find that my apartment has nasty worn carpet upon move in with nail's sticking out from the seams. Loud Latin club will keep you up all night is the 200 building, old AC units that leak. The will charge you frivolous charges at move out. Lie to your face.. This is just a crap property all around, Don't let the pics online fool you. There are nicer, cleaner apartments on Clairmont. THEY WILL SCREW YOU WHEN YOU MOVE OUT.
Things were good at first. After moving in I had roaches and they didn't not go away after multiple sprays. Only after multiple people in my building moved out. There were multiple car break ins during my lease. On move in I was supposed to have an upgraded apartment but my dish washer was not secured and almost fell on my leg, electrical outlets did not work and my bathroom tub was painted as a result it is hard to clean( the paint just comes off ). Quiet community, nestled in the fabulous Brookhaven area, with 24 hr amenities to enjoy, spacious renovated apartments to call your own, and an amazing staff that is always there to help!!! So excited to see what the new management company, Atlantic Pacific, has in store to make Legacy even better than it already is!!
Love my new apartment! Thanks to the staff for all.your help with getting on here! Look forward to pool and this summer!
