I have lived at The Atlantic Apartments for a few years, and I'm happy to share my experience transparently while having lived there. Location – If you're looking for a laid-back, relaxed area away from the hustle and bustle of a major city, this is a great spot. You're only a 10-minute drive from Daytona International Airport, Daytona International Speedway (which includes Costco, a movie theater, and plenty of shops), and Daytona Beach. Everyone was so helpful making my move as easy as possible from Building 5 to Building 12. Ces, Taylor and the entire staff always go above and beyond!!
The Atlantic Apartments is the ultimate Florida-style place to live. From the start, Samantha greeted us with a big smile and courtesy; once she showed us the floor plans, we knew we didn't need to waste time looking anywhere else! The entire staff is amazing; Taylor and Ces are also incredibly welcoming and helpful. The complex features a beautiful resort-style pool, great walking paths for active living, and an addicting coffee bar in the clubhouse. Highly recommend!
Great place to live. Been here 3 years and the experience has been great. Ces , Taylor and the entire team have been amazing. They have been more than helpful and the amenities and property are new, clean, well maintained and safe. Highly recommended.
BEST PLACE TO LIVE ! I have been living at the Atlantic apartments from December 2023 until now. The only reason I’m ending my lease is because I have to relocate to Orlando for work. Ces specifically has made living here a joy. She has always been a pleasure. She’s very genuine, kind and helpful. This apartment truly takes your concerns and finds solutions for them.
