They falsely charge a 1000 dollar cleaning fee as a spite charge if you stay out of contract for a time. They do not explain or give a rational or spend down for these charges. They are betting on you having renters insurance that will pay for it. If you can not afford such a charge (that is sent promptly to collections with false claims that forwarding addresses were not left) then do make sure you have proper renters insurance to shield you after your exit. Renters beware.
I have lived at The Atlantic Apartments for a few years, and I'm happy to share my experience transparently while having lived there. Location – If you're looking for a laid-back, relaxed area away from the hustle and bustle of a major city, this is a great spot.
