I love living at the Atlantic! It’s honestly one of my favorite apartments I’ve ever lived in (I’ve lived in like 6)! Everything about this place is a dream. The amenities, the details in the apartment, the staff!!! Truly blessed to be apart of this community! Thankful for Ces and Taylor for always being so accommodating and welcoming love this place!!
Management has acknowledged receiving dozens of written and video-documented complaints from me since I moved in months ago but has taken no meaningful enforcement action beyond verbal requests. Management has confirmed in writing that fines stated in the lease are not enforced and will not confirm if the escalation process stated in the lease is being followed. The best! I lived at the Atlantic for over 3 years, and only leaving because I'm moving into a house. The staff are incredible and always willing to take care of you, they truly appreciate the residents and remember details about them as well (my parents visited twice, Ces noticed them and always asks how they're doing!). I had only very minor maintenance issues (ice maker malfunction and burnt out light bulb) and they were fixed the next day, again a HUGE testament to the staff and their care. I’ve felt so comfortable and taken care of since moving here. The apartment itself is beautiful, the community is peaceful, and the team is always kind. Honestly the best place I’ve lived
Loved our time living at the Atlantic. Amazing front desk and management. Ces made us feel like Atlantic was our home from before we got there til after we left. The grounds were always well kept and the pool area is great! Sad we had to move for work!
