For as long as I've known Joel Athy, he has been a role model and great example for how I'd like my real estate business to look. His willingness to help, share his expertise, and be transparent are what I notice most. He truly cares about his clients' well being as if they were his family. I attended their homebuyers workshop, it was very informative. They had a very knowledgeable team to answer any questions that arose during the workshop. They also opened themselves up for people to reach out later if they came up with any questions after. The thing that stood out the most is that they were just giving the information and seemed to genuinely want to help families find homes.

I've been knowing The Athy Team for 10 years every year Joel my realtor reached out to see whether or not I was ready every 6 months he and his team were very persistent. Through out the process I was invited to homebuyers seminars as well as other activities the firm was having and now I can truly say I purchased a home and I am so thankful for my support team and the Athy Family for being so understanding of my timing and helping me fulfill a dream of being a home owner.
