Came in yesterday for the first time massage with Jose for my young soccer athlete son with some lower back pain and he loved it, it helped with consistent pain a lot! We did sign up for every week sports massage!
Came in with a very bad back issue after the cryotherapy I felt like a new man could stand straight up and not look like a question mark. The pain came back later because I was in such bad shape came in for a second treatment and got a small massage to work it out and wow this time I am on the right track. Pulled my back 2 days before wedding thanks to this place I will be able to make it.

Thanks to Tricia for helping to ease my pain! While on vacation, I developed Piriformis Syndrome from working out a little too much and too fast. I was literally out of commission for almost two weeks! After having Tricia work her magic for almost an hour, I could actually walk without pain! Thank you Tricia!

This place has been a lifesaver for me! Tricia is amazing. My massage + cryo treatments have taken all of my aches and pains away. The energy is an added bonus! I highly recommend The Athletes Room.
Great massage. It's not your typical spa experience where you get a gentle rub down. The owner Trish for years worked with top tennis players, soccer and other sports athletes, and so did Ken. Their experience is evident in the relief they bring to an aching body. Cryotherapy chamber is a great addition to services offered. The place is super clean.
