My husband and I went into the Shellharbour store as was greeted by Laura, her enthusiasm & knowledge of shoes was so impressive especially being a trainee. I have had a lot of issues with my knee & feet, Laura did a scan & explained the results, she found the perfect shoes for work & a pair perfect for walking, my husband also ended up buying a pair, she brought out a few different styles to make sure we got the perfect fit. I was served today by an amazing young man at Shellharbour shopping centre called Christian. What an asset. He was helpful and caring and had a lovely sense of humour. He was knowledgeable and patient. Thank you so much and I hope the management appreciate such a lovely employee
Will never shop here again, they will do anything to get out of warranty issues and they treat customers with no respect at all. Not sure of her name but the young girl should sacked after the rudeness I received from her when I called.

Wow what a great system they have set up for “back to school shoes” leaves other shoe shops for dead….. and the staff actually want to measure your child’s foot unlike the staff in the Williams store who guess…… Wonderful staff here, and plenty of them, no waiting time they book you into a seat and off you go! We had wonderful service from Anthony who was awsome with my kids and the shoes they needed! Highly recommend, the shoes are pricey but they last well over the 12 months!!!!!!
