A big thank you to Isaac Shaw for your professionalism, knowledge and patience while I asked about running shoes as a 'mature lady'. It was refreshing to be served by a smile supported by his expertise in fitting the right shoe for me. I would highly recommend him to anyone who may be intimidated by the plethora of different shoes available to help find you the right shoe for your purpose.
The staff is very friendly and efficient. Angela one of the fit technician is really helpful and informative. She answered all my questions very patiently. This is now my favourite shoe store.
Excellent service from Athlete’s Foot Shellharbour. We brought our elderly mum up today (a busy Saturday) and were served by Bodhi. He was so patient and kind and really spent time helping our mum choose the right shoe. We so appreciated his excellent service and felt he went above and beyond. Many thanks Bodhi.
