Walked in this store. As it was busy we sat down to wait our turn, it was obvious we were waiting. Two women store assistants worked with one client while a male assistant served another client. After waiting for 20 minutes another customer walked into the store and requested assistance. They were immediately attended to while we were ignored. I visited The Athlete’s Foot looking for a pair of running shoes. The store was really busy, but the staff were still friendly and helpful. After I explained what I needed, Midge did a quick feet scan and recommended a few runners that suited my feet. She was very knowledgeable and patient, and clearly explained why each option was a good match for me. I visited the store with intentions of taking advantage of the Black Friday promo and was greeted by Kyle . The store was quite busy at the time but he was polite and apologised for any inconvenience whilst attending to other customers at the time. Attended The Athletes Foot at Hurstville to get a pair of shoes for work. In my job, I am on my feet for most of my shift and stand on hard platform flooring. I also suffer from plantar fasciitis.
