Their service is actually good. The 1 star is for their credit card transaction text which it "TAF". I wasted time trying to work out what the $200 had been spent on ... turns our it was The Athletes Foot. FIX YOUR CREDIT CARD TEXT - I know store can't do this - they need to presure HQ to fix it.
At the Hornsby store, there is a staff member named Chris who is very professional and extremely patient.👍
Bad customer services, staff doesn't know how to manage time.
I didn’t get his name. The Hornsby shop was very busy this afternoon but he served diligently and cheerfully and without hesitate got me many shoes to try on while also assessing the suitability for me. Thank you. You are the best for the job!
