Very pleasant shopping experience from Eliza! Picked up Nova Blast 6’s as one of her recommendations
I would like to thank Chris Birmsy for the excellent customer service and support provided recently. He spent a considerable amount of time to guide me through the process and with his advise and support, it was easy for me to pick the shoes of my liking.
Brilliant customer service by the store manager I think his name was Brimsy? He was absolutely wonderful and so so helpful during the gait analysis scan.
Excellent service with fitting and selection, hats off to the staff at this store, well done!
Not only are the shoes cheaper than at other stores like Rebel, but they are also much, much higher quality. I was served by Adithya who went way above and beyond in giving me plenty of choices to make sure I got the right pair of shoes. 10/10, will not being going anywhere else after this!
