I would like to thank Cassidy who served my wife and I at the Fountain gate athlete's foot store On the 7th of July. She was very caring and helpful in looking after my wife's special needs in footwear, she has deformed feet and a drop foot condition. We both came away very happy with shoes for her and myself. I have been a regular customer at this store for many years.Recently, went in to purchase shoes that were on sale. We wanted to use our MyFit Rewards voucher but was told this wasn’t accepted at this particular store (only) due to it being a privately owned franchise. This condition was not mentioned in the Voucher's Terms & Conditions. It was a disappointing & frustrating experience & a waste of time. I won't be shopping at this store, as it's clear there is no interest in retaining loyal customers .
We continue to shop here because we need shoes but the customer service is just always so impressive. Have been served by Onali previously and today Jacob. What absolute legends their staff are. Full of knowledge and super helpful and friendly. We have shopped at other Athletes foot stores and can confirm the level of service is no where NEAR as good as Fountain Gate.
