We had a really disappointing experience at Athlete’s Foot because of a staff member named Shantelle. We were looking at shoes and had a few pairs in our hands when she came over, rudely told us not to hold the shoes, and literally snatched them out of our hands. Today. I had an excellent experience being fitted for new walking shoes, via a foot scan, by Harith, at Athlete's Foot Fountaingate. Besides being patient and respectful, Harith demonstrated with skilled precision the pair of shoes that would meet my needs of comfort and elegance. With such attention to detail, the choice was easy for me. ASICS is the winner. Well done, Harith. You are a credit to the store!!
I’m very happy with my new work shoes. They are comfortable, practical, and exactly what I was looking for. The customer service was excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional from start to finish. I was also impressed with the great price and the after-sales support. Overall, a wonderful shopping experience. Highly recommended!
Kav was absolutely amazing. Found me the right pair of shoes, never found something so good. Great staff member 10/10
Shantelle was lovely and super helpful! Very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions we had!
