Very disappointed with this store. I purchased a pair of shoes, and the mesh started tearing off within the warranty period, even with normal use. When I returned to the store, they refused to honor the warranty and tried to dismiss the issue instead of taking responsibility. This is poor customer service and not how warranties should work. I won’t be buying from this store again and would not recommend it to others.
My experience in getting the right pair of running shoes has been amazing with Aaron. He was really knowledgeable and helpful. Even though the store didn’t have stock for the colour I wanted for the shoes, he patiently showed me some options to get them.
A couple of months ago, I purchased a pair of shoes that cost close to $300. I received a discount as my podiatrist recommended this store to me. Today I went back to buy the same shoes, so I have a pair for work and a pair for home. When I mentioned the discount that I received the last time I shopped here, I was told that I wont be getting another discount as I did not have it in writing from my podiatrist. Matt was amazing - very helpful and not after pusing for sales. Took the time to understand needs and recommended suitable shoes. I am a happy customer! on the improvement side, may be consider having more staff on busy days and i can see the staff were struggling to keep up with lot of customers in the store.
