Caitlin served me and took care of all my shoe needs, she eas prompt, respectful, and such a lovely lady. She hooked me up with some hoka's based on my foot test. The shoes were great. She will definitely take care of all your shoe needs.
Just had such a great experience with my son who needed footy boots but has a very wide foot and plantar fasciitis. Binul (member who helped us) was knowledgeable, understood the condition and my concerns and went above and beyond to find a boot that fit with the scanning and conversations. Funnily enough the first one he chose for us was perfect and my son is very happy! Thank you for the great service and highly recommend

Went into the Fountain Gate store today about getting some new shoes for work, I have Achilles Tendinitis so good cushioning was important. Was served by Matt, he was brilliant right from the start, got me measured up and was very knowlegeable about my condition and what I needed. He was extremely patient with me as I had him go out the back a few times just to see some different colours of a few designs. Walked out of there a happy customer. Thank you Matt, great service!
Went to two other shoe stores who recommended go to athlete's foot. Was served by Matt who was serving multiple customers he was fast efficient friendly and professional. It takes a lot to impress me but I was impressed. Well done Matt.
