Had to get a new pair of shoes as recommended by my podiatrist, walked in with a bit of hesitation. Was served pretty quickly by Jo, a lovely young assistant who tended to my needs and concerns. She made sure the shoes were correct fit, which will eventually alleviate my heel pain. Excellent customer service. Keep up the good work.
