When I went in the store one of the assistants asked if she could help, I said I was looking for some shoes for walking, she replied that there was a sale on and they were all good for walking and turned to walk away . So I asked if there were any particular brands/style more suitable, she replied “they are all good for walking” and returned to the counter when she continued chatting with two other assistants/people. Comical to see all the previous 5 star reviews are the staff who work there. Poor attempt at fixing their poor reputation. Wouldn’t recommend shopping here. Bad experience.
