Edit: As of 06/2024, a lot of the older issues have improved. I have not had to deal with insects inside in several years, though there is sometimes a roach outside around building B. The pet waste problem has gotten much better with the introduction of many more trashcans. The nastiest apts I’ve ever lived in. Roaches everywhere . Even when I walked my dog there would be huge roaches outside . They don’t take care of their property at all. Is a waste of your money . Please go elsewhere. Also Parking is horrible. They only give u one parking spot and then u have to basically park miles away if u have another person living with u. Is ridiculous . Such a horrible place .
The price of the apartments is fair and the sizes offered are above average. Veronica is a wonderful manager and the rest of the dedicated staff is wonderful. Issues that temper my enthusiasm include vagrancy issues, poor grounds keeping, parking issues (not well enforced), dog waste not being picked up, and some reports of roaches. We have not experienced roaches in our apartment, but know some who have a big issue.
