Live here for 5 years and I cant wait for my lease to be over so I can find another place and leave! This is a very irresponsable property where they charge ppl to have pets$ but do not have a designated area for dogs to do their needs. This means dogs will pee & poop anywhere they want, as long as their owner “ pick up after” I have to deal with the smell of dogs pee and poop residue every single day and night in front of the door/window because dogs use the tarp as restroom. Edit: As of 06/2024, a lot of the older issues have improved. I have not had to deal with insects inside in several years, though there is sometimes a roach outside around building B. The pet waste problem has gotten much better with the introduction of many more trashcans. There is an area that has had a developing sinkhole (I believe from a small wastewater leak), however it is apparently being addressed. .:: Original Review ::.
