Astoria has wonderful front office and repair staff. We had a great experience here. This is a perfect spot for those families that need easy access to both Fort Bragg (20 minutes) and 95 (15 minutes). Pricing is slightly on the higher end, and you should try to come in on early or mid summer move-in deals since it's easier to keep a low price than renegotiate towards current pricing with management when your lease is up. My husband and I did alot of research before choosing an apartment. We absolutely love Astoria. It's clean, classy, and a cozy community. We have a good relationship with the staff as for they are very friendly and genuinely care about all of us. The amenities are unbeatable for the price of the apartments and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend!
My husband moved to the best place in the local area. we love it here the apartments are the best in the area.
