So far my husband and I are loving the apartment . Some minor maintenance issues that needed to be addressed once we had moved in and the team are working on it . Everyone in the leasing office is very nice and so far good with communication.
I just have to say this that Ariel the Property manager at Aster Buckhead is so amazing!! I was going through a rough patch when I first moved to Atlanta and this was the first property I saw and fell in love with. Ariel,her staff Jalissa and Austin knew that I was going through a lot but they took their manager hat off to cater to my situation and made me feel like home. I moved in my new place and it has been absolutely amazing!!! Thank you all so much for everything you have done 🙏🏾❤️🙂
I met Austen Cathey while they were out doing some local marketing, and they were extremely professional and informative. They took the time to show me pictures of the place and walked me through the current special they have going on. Their presentation was clear and engaging. I appreciated the professional approach and friendly attitude—definitely left a great first impression
Do not apply! All specials are scams. Horrible customer service, and the process takes longer than expected. I tried to give them a chance but now I see the reviews are true. Don’t waste your money on applications.
